Payment Method

At Ehsan Academy, we offer easy and secure online payment options through PayPal, Stripe, Credit Card, and Bank Transfer.

Monthly recurring subscriptions are billed in advance and automatically renewed on the same day each month. Starting in 2024, renewals will occur every 4 weeks or after completion of the scheduled hours—adjustments for holidays, pauses, or rescheduling will apply. We will keep you informed of any future changes.

You may cancel, pause, or change your subscription plan at any time, and we offer a full money-back guarantee for eligible changes.

Refund Policy

If you decide to pause or stop your classes during the month, we will refund 100% of any undelivered classes. Kindly notify us 2–3 days in advance via email at [email protected] or through the Live Chat Support Icon.

If you miss study hours within a month, please coordinate with your teacher to make them up at a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not feasible, a refund will be issued for the missed sessions.

Make-up Classes

To be eligible for a make-up class, please notify us at least 2 hours before the class time—limited to two make-ups per month, except in emergencies.

For planned holidays, please notify your teacher or the support team in advance.

If a class is missed without prior notice, it will not be rescheduled unless due to an emergency.

If a tutor cancels a session, the class will be rescheduled.

Monthly Classes & Hours

The number of classes or hours per month is set during enrollment. To adjust your schedule, please inform your teacher or contact our support team via email or live chat.

Note: If your agreed schedule includes 4 weekly classes, any 5th occurrence in a month will either be canceled or used as a make-up class.

Public Holidays

In observance of Islamic holidays:

Eid al-Fitr – 3 Days

Eid al-Adha – 4 Days

No make-up classes will be scheduled for Eid holidays.

Quarterly Progress Report

Students under 16 will receive a quarterly progress report to keep parents updated on their academic development.

Student & Teacher Assignments

Male or female students under 12 may be assigned teachers based on parent preference.

Feedback & Evaluation

We value your feedback. You may be asked for input after your initial lessons to help us improve the Ehsan Academy experience.

We strive to create a positive and respectful learning space, with friendly, available tutors and a supportive atmosphere.

If your teacher is late, please email them directly. If there’s no response, contact [email protected]. Any missed time will be made up.

Low-income families are offered affordable learning options.

Gifting Courses

You can gift a course to a friend or family member. To do so, visit the Contact section and select Gift Voucher.

Academy Exclusivity

To ensure consistency and security, all classes must be scheduled through Ehsan Academy. Private arrangements with tutors outside the academy are not permitted.

Dress Code

Students are expected to dress modestly and appropriately, especially for Quran and Islamic studies.

Withdrawing from the Academy
If you plan to discontinue your course, please contact support at least 2 days in advance. Notify your tutor and confirm course completion before leaving.

Confidentiality & Privacy

Ehsan Academy values your privacy. All personal information is kept secure and confidential between the student and academy staff.

What Information Do We Collect?

Profile data: Courses, preferences, and feedback.

Usage data: Website interactions.

Contact details and identifiers: Name, DOB, gender, address, email, and phone.

How Do We Protect It?

SSL encryption is used for secure data transmission.

We retain student data for 12 months after account closure, after which it is permanently deleted.
