Each of its letters will get 10 virtues as it has been said in the hadith. However, it is only the grace of Allah Almighty that He bestows a great reward on every reciter.

But by reading without understanding, one will get the reward, but the real purpose of the revelation of the Qur’an will not be achieved. What is that purpose? Guidance and light will be given only to him who will try to understand the Qur’an and gain awareness of its meanings and demands. Today, the readers of this Qur’an are in the number of millions, but how many understand the rules and regulations and teachings and instructions described in it?
